48 Hours of iPad

Ok so I’m now in the road to recovery thanks to muchos support and help from all the Aquarius Crew, my mates and of course Kerri. Ice packs and copious amounts of pills have me feeling pretty alright, although I do look like an extra out of Rocky!

But all this bed rest and not being able to work has some up sides – I’ve sent most of the past few days on my shiny new iPad, exploring, playing and scrutinizing so that I can bring you a first had review of the device which I’ve been waiting for so long to get my hands on. So let’s get started…

The iPad Review…Delayed!

Ok so I’ve had my iPad for over 24 hours now, and the plan was to bust out an initial review of it for you all – a quick overview of it and what not.

However as usual the surf has delayed my writing…
But this time not due to it being pumping (although it was)
Nope, this time it’s because surfing landed me in Byron A&E!

The iPad Roadtrip

So yesterday saw the start of the iPad road trip with Nic and Hanas.
The basis of the trip was to go pick up my much anticipated iPad from the Robina Apple store.

This was due to the fact I have no Australian credit card, and annoyingly couldn’t pre order my device and get it delivered. So instead I decided to roadtrip it up the coast with the boys and get out of byron for a while!

To iPad or not to iPad?!

I’ve spent the last 2 weeks furiously debating something in my head.

Something not majorly important but rather exciting all the same.

Worlds Best Travel Accessory?

Ok…so for anyone that knows me you know there’s one item that I couldnt live without – let me introduce Barry…my iPhone!

I queued from 2am to get it when it was released and since June 2008 it’s basically synced everything in my life into one tiny pocket sized piece of amazingness!

And since I’ve been travelling its become even more important, and I’ve convinced many fellow travellers to invest in one. So for all you technophobes and wanabe travellers I’ve decided to give you a list of why an iPhone should be top of your kit list!

Stoked for Jan 26th

For me at least Jan 26th is going to be the most epic day of 2010 so far…and it’ll definitely be a contender for day of the year altogether!
