Ever since embarking on my Australian adventure I’ve wondered how I’d spend my last full 24 hours in this glorious country. In the surf? Topping up my tan? On a crazy tour?
Turns out it’s the small things that matter.

Popping The Byron Bubble

After 6 months and following weeks of planning I finally popped the Byron Bubble and have left the town I’ve called home for the majority of my Oz trip for good. I’ve known this day had to come but I’ve been ignoring the fast approach of it and trying not to think about it too much, today came all too soon.

A Quiet Drink?!

I had Friday night off and Saturday too. After a chaotic week which has resulted in a severe lack of sleep I planned on watching a movie, having an early one and lying in.

…like that was ever going to happen!

Farewell to the Sibling

Yesterday I said farewell to my brother, Josh, who came over during his Uni summer holiday to surf and party with me here in Byron Bay.
But in true Stevens fashion it wasn’t well planned!

A Good Send Off

Saturday and Sunday were my brothers last few days in Byron, and indeed Australia – so needless to say we packed them full of treats to give him a good send off.

More Goodbyes

This week has seen more goodbyes here in Byron.
